Coffee  & Chocolate ... mmm ... what goes better?  

Straight up & simple; get the best chocolate syrup you can find.
Add it to your favorite cup of Joe. 

Sure, why wouldn't  you top it off with a shot of whipped cream?  Perhaps a sprinkle of cocoa?

Valentine's Day is right around the corner.  Who doesn't deserve a cup of sweetness?

Basic Coffee Recipe:

  • Start with one tablespoon of grounds per cup.  Adjust from there, to your liking.
  • Note, in a 10-cup coffee maker, for example, each "cup" is 4 ounces!
  • For a really awesome cup of coffee, try a French Press!!

  • Store as whole bean. Grind only enough beans to use just before you make your coffee.          Do yourself a favor ... get a grinder !!
  • Oxygen quickly ruins coffee, whether it is whole bean or ground! 
  • Keep roasted coffee away from light.  Light will deteriorate your roasted beans.
  • Contrary to popular belief, coffee does not last longer in the refrigerator.
